Evaluation:
  • What challenges did you encounter when creating your product? - Same thing i was running out of time. An i had to learn about making graphs on illustrator because i didn't know how to make it using the graph tool.
  • How did you cope with these challenges?- i looked up tutorials and also tried to contribute myself by not creating the same thing as the tutorial was showing me. I made it my own.
  • What went particularly well in creating your product?- what went good in my project was coloring in the graphs and putting gradient on it. It was so easy because i knew how to do it already. Also collecting the data went good and managed to place it all on a graph.
  • If you were to redo the project from the very beginning, what would you do different?- I think i would make my data over another thing or theme. Also i would change my title and maybe make it smaller.
  • What is something you can take from this project that can aid you after its completion?- i would make sure i have time and use my time wisely so I'm not rushed.

Evaluation:
-What challenges did you encounter when creating your product? - Well, i was running out of time and had to rush over the project. Also, i had forgotten some steps that i had learned from other tutorials to help me create the ipod.
-How did you cope with these challenges? I pulled up past illustrator tutorials i had tried and followed step by step.(citation is ^ there). Since i was running out of time i had to stay during lunch the whole week of October 31. And managed to get caught up(:
-What went particularly well in creating your product?-The thing that went really well was actually creating an rounded rectangular for for the perimeter of the ipod to make it have a form. A thing that helped me do this is because i had my ipod with me the whole time.
-If you were to redo the project from the very beginning, what would you do different? If i were to restart my whole project i would probably improve my image on the lock screen of the ipod so it could look more realistic. also add more detail in the screen, around the image of me.
-What is something you can take from this project that can aid you after its completion? - I think that its more than just a grade because i did work hard and put time to my work to complete this assignment. II even had the patience to work with the little i con at the top of the ipod. I struggled a little with that. I guess that this can show me that i should always work during class and never waste time because then ill be rushed and wont be able to show the kind of quality i want to show.

Types of Files.

The four types of files are:
.AI
.JPG
.PNG
.SVG and many more...
The difference between these file types are that they have a different way its encoded/red the images. Also they way the images can be viewed by other people. It also depends on what type of file you use, for example, on a .JPG it uses a map of pixels, common to a bitmap. I think that we have allot of different types of files for a main reason. I think that it would be easier to only have one type of file. But because we've worked with ROME which make bitmap images and  Illustrator which makes vector images i find that hard to believe because they are 2 different types of images on one you use pixels and on the other one its just plain. Even though you can convert the bitmap into a vector we still need some types of files.

Vector Vs. Bitmap (for Oct. 7)

A Vector image is the format of drawing in which it can be scaled and stretched out to make it fit into what your are trying to create, an advantage is that it keeps from from ruining the quality of your creation. (composed of paths)

A Bitmap image is in the format of a photo, which is faster to display.Bitmaps are made up of rows and columns of these pixels that come together to form a picture.composed of pixels)

Sub. Day

On October 7, i worked on my RSS Icon, but since I logged out of the computer at the last minute i wasn't able to save what i had. I also had problems with it in the part where we had to add gradient to our square... I stopped at the part where i had to get 1/4 of my circle to be able to make a sort of RSS symbol. (:
