CMYK & RGB

CMYK(4)
The CMYK color model shows 4 different types of inks used in color printing which can make more colors by mixing each of the three colorsCMYK refers to the four inks used in color printing: cycanmagentayellow, and key . I have also seen these types of colors in a printing machine. The little cartridge always shown these 4 colors.
C- Cycan
M- Mageneta
Y- Yellow
K- Key (Black)

RGB(3)
The RGB color model is a color model in which red, green, and blue light is added together in various ways to reproduce more different colors. Green and blue make a bright sky blue ink color. Green and red make a bright yellow ink color. And, red and blue make a pink/almost fushia color.

R- Red
G- Green
B- Blue

RGB color model is used to represent and display of images in electronic systems, like televisions and computers, but it can be useful in camera photography.
Well i did go a little far down the list for CMYK but for RGB that was really simple. To me, i think it is neccessary to use both CMYK & RGB because they have all the colors we need and my mixing in the color we can get new different colors. (:

Illustrator Reflection (Ai)Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Illustrator is a computer program in which you can create many things electronically. "Ai" is a vector so your product/creations are saved as an SVG... You can also exported your image and make it a JPG. Your image can will be converted into a bitmap.
Now that i know a little more about Adobe Illustrator i kind of like it. By creating things and following the tutorials, i think i've learned a bunch of stuff, maybe not all of them, but some of it compared to how i started. I feel a little more confident of my self when using "Ai". In other words, i feel more comfortable using the software. I am pretty happy with my illustrator projects because just knowing that i created those, makes me me feel like i have made progress. From a 1 to 10 scale my confidence on Ai is a 7(:

Evaluation:
  • What challenges did you encounter when creating your product? - Same thing i was running out of time. An i had to learn about making graphs on illustrator because i didn't know how to make it using the graph tool.
  • How did you cope with these challenges?- i looked up tutorials and also tried to contribute myself by not creating the same thing as the tutorial was showing me. I made it my own.
  • What went particularly well in creating your product?- what went good in my project was coloring in the graphs and putting gradient on it. It was so easy because i knew how to do it already. Also collecting the data went good and managed to place it all on a graph.
  • If you were to redo the project from the very beginning, what would you do different?- I think i would make my data over another thing or theme. Also i would change my title and maybe make it smaller.
  • What is something you can take from this project that can aid you after its completion?- i would make sure i have time and use my time wisely so I'm not rushed.

Evaluation:
-What challenges did you encounter when creating your product? - Well, i was running out of time and had to rush over the project. Also, i had forgotten some steps that i had learned from other tutorials to help me create the ipod.
-How did you cope with these challenges? I pulled up past illustrator tutorials i had tried and followed step by step.(citation is ^ there). Since i was running out of time i had to stay during lunch the whole week of October 31. And managed to get caught up(:
-What went particularly well in creating your product?-The thing that went really well was actually creating an rounded rectangular for for the perimeter of the ipod to make it have a form. A thing that helped me do this is because i had my ipod with me the whole time.
-If you were to redo the project from the very beginning, what would you do different? If i were to restart my whole project i would probably improve my image on the lock screen of the ipod so it could look more realistic. also add more detail in the screen, around the image of me.
-What is something you can take from this project that can aid you after its completion? - I think that its more than just a grade because i did work hard and put time to my work to complete this assignment. II even had the patience to work with the little i con at the top of the ipod. I struggled a little with that. I guess that this can show me that i should always work during class and never waste time because then ill be rushed and wont be able to show the kind of quality i want to show.
